How do your ATV rentals work?

We offer both half and full day rentals for both 2 and 4 seat vehicles.Once you have a reservation, you check in at the shop 15 minutes early, sign paperwork, and then we go through a safety and instructional briefing before you are released to enjoy your ride.

What is the age limit?

You must be at least 25 years old and have a valid drivers license to rent a vehicle. All others in your party must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid driver and remain under the supervision of the registered renter in order to operate the vehicle. Children must be at least 5 years old for safety reasons in order to participate.

Do we have to wear helmets or goggles?

We provide and recommend helmets for all participants; they are required by law for all of those under 18 years of age.  Our vehicles are equipped with windshields, but eye protection is recommended.

Is experience with UTV’s required?

A safety and instructional briefing for all passengers will be provide and we will ensure each renter is comfortable with the operation before releasing the vehicle.  Our vehicles are comfortable and you will get used to the manual transmission quickly.

How many riders can be in each machine?

No more than the number of persons approved for the specified vehicle at one time, we have both 2 and 4 seat vehicles.

How do we know where to go?

Maps and best use practice brochures will be available. We are knowledgeable about the trails and are here to help!

What should I bring and wear?

We recommend eyewear, sunscreen, small first aid kit, light rain gear, sturdy footwear (no open toed shoes or sandals), appropriate clothing to include long sleeves and pants. Thunderstorms are common throughout the hills.  Bring water and snacks.

Do we need a reservation? Can we walk-in?

We recommend you make reservations prior to your visit to ensure you get the exact equipment to match your needs.  You are welcome to stop by or make a same day reservation but additional time may be required to get you checked in based on availability if you decide to ride.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelations must be made within 72 Hours for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours will receive 50% refund.

What if we are late for our reservation?

Your rental begins at the time scheduled and is still due back at the original time, but we will hold your machine for a reasonable amount of time.

What if I damage the machine?

You are are responsible for all damages to the vehicle.  We have had very few incidents with damage to our vehicles.  Please drive safely and be responsible. We believe in being honest and fair and will only charge you for our cost for any parts or repairs.

What is there to see and do on our ride?

There is plenty of natural beauty and you can experience a variety of trail types within a short distance.  There is are great places to picnic and hike as well as expansive views and always the opportunity to see wildlife.  There are plenty of photo opportunities and interesting areas to explore.

What if it rains?

Inclement weather rarely effects rentals.If it is determined that damage to the trails may occur, a full refund would be offered.

Do I have to purchase additional insurance?

No, we carry liability insurance.  Off-Road vehicles are typically excluded from your personal insurance policy. If you have questions contact your carrier directly.
